Moon, Mars, and Beyond Science Cafe

Do you need your Space? If so, we have some great Space for you! Come and join us at our Fall ASU Mars Education Science Conference and enjoy a stimulating day of exciting journeys and updates on the latest discoveries! The Moon, Mars, and Beyond Science Cafe will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 9:00am - 2:30pm in the Ventana Ballroom at ASU's main campus. Our NASA Science Cafe format will have a great line-up of scientists involved with NASA missions as our guest presenters. Our hope is that you will gain insights into how science works in the real world and how science brings understandings as to our place in the universe. This event is free and open to all - formal and informal educators, students, and adults! All adult participants will please need to register. If you are bringing students (or children), please indicate the number and ages on your registration. Please be advised that this science cafe format will be most suitable for middle school, high school, and older students. Seating will be limited to 200, so please only register if you plan on attending. All educators attending will recieve a certificate for 5.5 professional development hours. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration and conference logistics via email. Bonus! The ASU Geology Club will have their great rocks and minerals for sale at this event!
